Dadia Forest in Thrace is home to 36 of Europe's 38 diurnal raptor species — the highest concentration on the continent. Key species include the black vulture (one of only two EU breeding populations), golden eagle, and imperial eagle. The 43,000-hectare national park features observation hides, guided tours, and a vulture feeding station. Best visited April-June.
